We're looking for an amazing, experienced senior data scientist, being part of a high performing team of computer vision, machine learning and deep learning. Evaluating state of the art statistical and tagging modeling for machine learning algorithms. Big data analysis, Modeling and Reporting.

Professional skills:

  • B.Sc. degree in Mathematics / Statistics / Computer Science or equivalent - Must! (M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Bioinformatics big plus).

  • Good coding skills - python/java/other oo language.

  • Familiar with Linux/OS X environments.

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role, specifically with data mining.  

  • Experience with big data, distributed processing, NoSQL databases - a significant advantage

  • Experience utilising Tableau

  • Hands-On experience with software development

  • Knowledge of marketing analytics tools, specifically with user behaviour and event tracking (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics/Omniture, Mixpanel, etc.)

  • Knowledge of predictive analytics, machine learning, modelling and algorithms, data visualisation, reporting and analytics – cloud, mobile.

  • Familiar with AWS, RedShift, MongoDB clusters, SQL and other non-SQL databases

 

Advantages

  • Proven experience with facial image-processing (i.e. as face-detection, tracking, frontalization, classification, recognition etc.)

  • Proven experience with high dimensional / big-data machine learning tasks

  • Experience with Hadoop, Scala, DB management.
